Biography
Dr. Gary Bonior '90 joined the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2012, starting on a part-time basis before becoming full-time in 2022. He was an associate in private practice for 33 years in Lincoln Park, Mich., and was the attending dentist for the Motor City and Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl from 1994-2010.
Dr. Bonior has been a member/delegate of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) since 1990. He served as president of the Michigan AGD in 2022-2023. Dr. Bonior obtained fellowship status in 2015 and is working towards his mastership in AGD.
He is an avid runner and enjoys golfing, when possible.
