Biography
Lori Glenn is currently the coordinator of the Doctor of Nursing Program, and was its first graduate in 2012. Glenn has been a nurse educator since 2007 and spent the majority of that time teaching and coordinating the accelerated Second-Degree Option Program at University of Detroit Mercy. She graduated from Mercy College of Detroit with a BSN in 1987, University of Illinois at Chicago with a MS in 1993 and Detroit Mercy with a DNP in 2012. She is a Certified Nurse Midwife, practicing at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Mich. and has been a member of the Michigan Board of Nursing since 2017. She is currently pursuing post graduate work in health policy and nursing regulation.
