ID Cards
Student and Employee ID Cards
The Titan Information Center, also known as 'Parking and ID,' provides identification cards/validations for students and employees and is located in the Student Union Building, Lower Level.
Uploading your photo
Students and Employees are able to upload a picture through the GET Mobile App to obtain a Detroit Mercy ID card. You will receive an email confirmation from our department when the picture is processed. Please present a picture ID (driver's license or state ID card) to pick up the ID Card from the office.
- Please download the free app for GET in the App Store.
- Find specific instructions for the ID Photo Upload Process.
Lost ID?
If you lose your ID, check with the Parking and ID Office to see if it has been turned in. There is a $25 charge for a replacement ID card, which will be billed to the student's account.
For students, ID cards must be validated each term.
To validate an ID card, students must present a class schedule electronically or paper copy for the current term.
Your ID card is more than just identification
For students, Detroit Mercy ID cards are not only used for identification, they also allow you to
- swipe into campus buildings
- check out books from the Detroit Mercy library
- purchase Theatre Company tickets at the student rate
- attend Detroit Mercy home athletic events for free
- access your meal plan/flex balance information (for resident students on a board plan)
