UDM turns 150! Join the celebration
Happy birthday to us!
University of Detroit Mercy is 150 years old, and we are throwing a yearlong celebration.
Beginning at the start of the academic year in August and running through June, the University will host a series of events and we hope all students, alumni, employees, former employees, friends, supporters and the community will join us and celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime occasion.
For more than a year, the University has been organizing the events to ensure there is something for everyone, even people who may not know much about the University or its role in the history of Detroit.
“There is truly something for everyone, and something at every campus,” said Director of Alumni Relations Peggy Pattison, who led the anniversary committee. “This is Detroit Mercy at its best.”
