Laudato Si’ inspires management micro-credential
University of Detroit Mercy’s College of Business Administration is offering a new micro-credential course for business leaders that explores decision making through the lens of Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si’.
The program turns the document and Catholic Social Teaching into practical leadership tools through case studies, role-play games and decision-focused discussion. It is designed for leaders navigating sustainability, inequality and stakeholder complexity.
Laudato Si’ in Management: Catholic Social Teaching in Practice runs on four evenings from May 5-21 on the McNichols Campus. It is taught by Diego Arias, the Charles T. Fisher III Chair of Business Ethics in the Center for Practice & Research in Management & Ethics. The cost is $500.
