Detroit Mercy wishes everyone a Merry Christmas, safe and happy holiday season!

UDM campuses will close for the holiday season as noted below.

  • Detroit Mercy Law will close at the end of business hours on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, and resume operations on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. Winter classes for Detroit Mercy Law begin on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
  • The School of Dentistry will be closed Dec. 22, 2025, and resume operations on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. Winter classes for Dentistry begin on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
  • The University's McNichols Campus will close at the end of normal business hours on Dec. 23. Operations for the McNichols Campus resume Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. Winter classes begin Monday, Jan. 12, 2026.
  • The Novi Campus will be closed for the holidays on Dec. 20, 2025, and resume operations on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026. Classes for the School of Optometry begin Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
