Biography

Latha provides leadership and direction for all aspects of technical services including acquisitions, cataloging, serials, and electronic resource management. Latha provides expertise in migrating, maintaining, and developing the integrated library system. Latha trains, supervises, and mentors technical services staff to maintain effective workflows. She creates and maintains e-records cataloging for various types of digital resources, including e-books, e-journals, databases, and websites. Latha is also responsible for coordinating with the public services department and implementing changes as necessary to support the mission of the library.
