Honors Program Community Service
The Institute provides the Honors Program with a record of your community service at the request of the Faculty Director.
- To establish a record, you need to fill out and submit the LIS1 form.
- To add service hours, you need to fill out a Service Verification Form, and have it signed by the Volunteer Coordinator at your service site.
You are strongly encouraged to do DIRECT service, in which you are in personal relationship with someone poor or forgotten. Your Service-Learning course service will be included upon your request; no additional form necessary. E-mail: TheInstitute@udmercy.edu
