I graduated from UDM with a Master's degree in Industrial- Organizational (I-O) Psychology in May 2011. I originated from Nanjing, China, and earned  my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Zhejiang University in  China.  During my past two years in UDM, I have been involved in leadership and service from both conceptual and practice aspects. Through the graduate level leadership class (PYC 5750) and capstone experience, I got the chance to intern at or work with many non-profit organizations,  including Detroit  Science Center, Focus: HOPE, Warren-Center Line Prevention Coalition, Troy  Community Coalition, Hamtramck Public Schools, and so forth. I also worked at University Academic Services and tutored statistics at the Learning Center from the beginning of 2010 until my graduation.

Currently, I am bringing my I-O expertise of leadership development,  training, assessment and data analysis, as well as my technology  savvy into the Institute. I am very committed to the Institute's mission and  appreciate how it is aligned with the UDM mission. My responsibilities include coordinating Ford Community Corps Partnership at UDM and assisting other tasks at the Institute.
