Students and faculty showcase their work during Research and Scholarly Achievement Week

Dozens of students, faculty and staff had the opportunity to showcase and celebrate their research posters, presentations, projects and publications during Research and Scholarly Achievement Week that began on April 14 and was celebrated on all three UDM campuses. The Office of the Provost, in collaboration with the Office of Sponsored Research, the Faculty Development Team, the Advancement Office and the Libraries/Instructional Design Studio, planned a week of events that included presentations by faculty returning from sabbatical, early career faculty, undergraduate and graduate students. “Writing Successful Grants” was presented by keynote speaker Robert Porter, director of Research Development at the University of Tennessee.
