When Rosemary Dolan Arnett graduated from Mercy College of Detroit with a liberal arts degree in 1946, followed by a teaching degree, she became a trailblazer in government, education and public relations.  She was trained to be a leader by the Sisters of Mercy, whose education and mentoring encouraged Dolan Arnett to take on new challenges.
