The Hockey Club has been competing under the the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA)

UDM Hockey is current full member of the Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference (MCHC).  The UDM Hockey Club will compete against other Collegiate Hockey Clubs across the state of Michigan (MCHC), as well as national competitions within the governing body of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (Division III).

Men's Club Hockey was developed by the increasing student interest and demand.  The purpose of the UDM Hockey Club is to promote the game of hockey, in conjuction with the ideals of the University of Detroit Mercy.

What is UDM Club Hockey?

UDM Club Hockey is a registered student organization that participates with other Club Hockey teams throughout the state of Michigan. The purpose of the organization is to provide UDM students with the opportunity to collaborate with each other, while promoting the mission of UDM and the game of hockey.

Who can participate? 

The Club is open to any full time student at the University of Detroit Mercy.  The UDM Hockey Club is more advanced than intramural or recreational play, and is similar to organized sport travel teams.
