Titan Fit Zone Programs
Core Class (Drop-In Group Instruction)
The Core Class consists of high energy circuit training, that utilizes plyometric exercises (form of exercise that uses rapid movements, no weights, to develop muscular strength). Step platforms, stability balls, and mats are utilized to improve your core and stability. This is a great total body workout with a special emphasis on the glutes, abs and thighs. The Core Class is approximately 30-45 minutes. View program flyer
- Tuesdays: November 10, November 17, November 24, December 1 & December 8
- Thursdays: November 12, November 19, December 3 & December 10.
Drop-in Yoga
Recreational Yoga Classes will be held in the Titan Fit Zone throughout October and November. Space will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Yoga sessions will be held on the dates listed below at 7:30 p.m. in the Wellness Room located in the Titan Fit Zone. View program flyer
- Mondays: October 26, November 2, November 9, November 16, November 23 & November 30
- Wednesdays: October 28, November 4, November 11, November 18 & December 2
- Thursdays: October 29, November 5, November 12 & November 19
Titan Fit Zone Registration
All users of the Titan Fit Zone must read and sign the registration form before using the facility. Please only complete the Registration Form once.
