Student Conference Rooms

Fall 2009 features three new Student Conference Rooms designated for student organizations.

All conference and/or meeting rooms are located in the basement of the Student Center.

• Conference Room B (Capacity 12)
• Conference Room C (Capacity 10)
• Conference Room D (Capacity 8)

Conference (Meeting) Room Policies

1. All Student Conference Rooms must be reserved through the Student Life Office.
2. Space request form(s) must be submitted for each event. 
3. Each request must be sent electronically to reserve@udmercy.edu
4. All Conference Rooms will be unlocked at 9am (Monday-Friday), and will be locked at 9pm (Monday-Thursday).
5. If the room has been reserved for a weekend meeting, and/or the event occurs after 9pm (Monday-Thursday), or after 5pm on Friday, it is the responsibility of the Student Organization President to sign out a key from Student Life.
6. All signed out keys are due back to Student Life by 5pm the following business day.
7. Failure to return a checked out key may result in the suspension of Student Center facility use.
8. The room schedule will be posted daily.  If any Conference Rooms are currently vacant, it is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Room reservations are highly recommended due to the high demand of adequate campus meeting space. 
   
9. If you have not reserved the conference room(s), your organization may be asked to leave the designated meeting space.
