Class Description:

The UDM Yoga class will feature classical Hatha Yoga based upon Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga with an emphasis on the details of applying asana, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy to everyday life. We will use the asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to connect mind, body, and spirit on our journey of self-exploration. Learn to enjoy the benefits of a strong healthy body and a steady focused mind freeing ourselves from stress and anxiety.

Instructor:  Nicole Conway

Nicole has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed the 200 hour teacher training program at Rising Sun Yoga to become Registered Yoga Teacher, certified through the Yoga Alliance.

At this time the class is only open to UDM Students!!
