If you have a maintenance emergency, please follow the instructions below:

  • University Operating Hours (Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.): Contact Residence Life Main Office at 313-993-1230
  • University Non-Operating Hours (including University Holidays): Contact Public Safety at 313-993-1234 and request an RA to meet you at your room.
