Enrollment Certifications/Verifications

UDM students can obtain their own enrollment certifications through the National Student Clearinghouse. These enrollment ceritications can be used for health insurers, mortgage applications, or general proof of UDM enrollment.

The link to the Clearinghouse is after you sign on to UDM WebLink at www.udmercy.edu/weblink/ using your UDM ID and PIN number.

Once inside WebLink click on the National Student Clearinghouse name located at the top right hand corner of the page.

Most new UDM students and students who are returning after at least a two semester break will not be getting their WebLink PIN number until mid-September so you cannot use WebLink or the Clearinghouse services until that time.

Once on the NSL Student Self-Service Site Login you will be asked to enter your name, SSN and birthdate for authentication. Students who do not have a SSN are not reported to the Clearinghouse and cannot use this service.

Once on the NSL site you can:

  • Print enrollment certificates (which you can send to health insurers, housing providers and others)
  • View enrollment history back to 1995
  • Check enrollment verifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to student service providers on your behalf
  • View student loan deferments
  • Link to real-time information on your student loans
