Winter Semester Fitness Classes Will Conclude On April 10th!

Power Hour- First come, first serve fitness in the first floor fitness room. This class is instructor free, following instructions from todays hottest DVD fitness programs. Choose from Insanity, Hip Hop Abs or Jillian Michaels Yoga. 

Abs w/ Brandon- A medium to high intensity fat burning ab workout meant to sculp and strengthen your midsection. Don't miss out on our newest class from one of our up and coming fitness instructors, Brandon. Join Brandon on Monday and Wednesday at 6-6:30p.m.!

Yoga- Jim teaches a class designed to give students the experience of yoga as a journey. Using breath, posture, and movement, there is an opportunity to explore our bodies and minds using that deeper breath as a guide. Practice in this environment is full of playfullnes, and even laughter, but it also affords a time for quiet inner reflection. Come breathe with us on Mondays at 7p.m. and Wednesdays at 12 noon inside the Fitness Center.

Keeping It Kettle- A high intensity aerobic workout using kettlebells to build strength and endurance. Susan keeps up the pace with uptempo moves that will make you feel the burn every Tuesday at 7-7:30p.m.!

Zumba- The perfect combination of multiple styles of dance to help melt away the pounds, while having a lot of fun dancing to today's best dancing music. Come party with Nadia on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30-6:30p.m.!

Becca's Body Blast- Quite similar to Total Body Blast (formerly held at the UDM Fitness Center), Becca is putting her own twist on this full body circuit training course. Join her every Wednesday at 5-6p.m.!

Cardio Bootcamp- Get your heart pumping and body moving at Cardio Bootcamp! Matt's Cardio Bootcamp will have you running, jumping, squatting and lunging as you work through high intensity interval training, proven to help you drop pounds. How is it proven? Matt has lost, and kept off, 35 lbs doing the various exercises featured in this class.
