- Housekeeping - Contractor: Aramark Facility Services (To download the Scope of Service, click on Housekeeping from the menu then Scope of Service from the sub-menu.)
- Pest Control - Contractor: Eradico Pest Services
- Vending Machines - Contractor: Total Vending
- Waste Services - Contractor: Waste Management
