University alumna Tania Pratnicki Young '77, a veteran leader at Chrysler, will return to UDM to give the talk, "Leadership characteristics and styles for organizational success," Thursday, Feb. 28.
Pratnicki Young has 35 years of experience as a successful leader at Chrysler and is one of very few women to have been a manufacturing plant leader. Currently, she heads CpK Interior Trim Operations for Chrysler. CpK has three plants located Ontario, Canada that manufacture and assemble instrument panels and interior components for the Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300 vehicles.
As one of 10 people in her family to graduate from the University, Pratnicki Young will share what you can take away from your UDM education and how it will lead to a successful career.
For the convenience of attendees, she will give her presentation twice on Thursday, Feb. 28:
- From 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Commerce & Finance Building, room 238 and
- from 6:40 to 8:10 p.m. in Commerce & Finance Building, room 209.
