Income tax assistance

Need your taxes done? If you make $51,000 or less, you may qualify for free and confidential income tax preparation and e-filing!

The College of Business Administration (CBA) and the UDM Alpha Xi chapter of Beta Alpha Psi will once again host an IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) clinic to provide free and confidential income tax assistance to qualified individuals and households.

The students and faculty participating in this program have passed rigorous IRS training to qualify as tax preparers.  Tax services will be available on the Saturdays of Feb. 9, March 2, March 23, and April 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, in Commerce & Finance Building, room 9.

Please call 313-570-7989 to reserve a time or visit the CBA Welcome Center (Commerce & Finance Building, room 112) on the McNichols Campus of the University of Detroit Mercy (4001 W. McNichols Road, Detroit, MI 48221). Walk-ins are accepted, subject to availability.
