Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The FAFSA can be completed on the web at the Federal Student Aid web site, or if you prefer to complete a paper application, you can call 1-800-4-FED-AID to request the form. Be sure to include UDM’s school code:
