Application Checklist
All Applicants

Submit an application for admission online at http://www.udmercy.edu and we will waive your application fee (fee waiver does not apply to international student applications).

Submit the application fee. The international undergraduate and graduate application fee is $50.00.
High School Students

Ask your guidance counselor to forward a copy of your high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores to: Office of Admissions, 4001 West McNichols Rd., Detroit, MI 48221-3038.

When you take the ACT or SAT request that your scores get sent to UDM (ACT Code for UDM is 2060; SAT Code for UDM is 1835).
Transfer Students

Forward official transcripts (in English) from all colleges and universities attended to: Office of Admissions, 4001 West McNichols Rd., Detroit, MI 48221-3038.

If you have less than 24 semester credits, you will need to also forward official high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores to: Office of Admission, 4001 West. McNichols Rd., Detroit, MI 48221-3038.
International Undergraduate Students

Provide financial proof that you can pay for all costs at the University of Detroit Mercy for the upcoming academic year.

Obtain a temporary visa from a United States Embassy or Consulate.

Graduate Students

Graduate applicants should check with the appropriate College or department for additional requirements (i.e., test scores, letters of recommendation, undergraduate degree transcripts, etc).

Applicants for Law School or Dental School should contact the according school for all application materials and requirements.
