Examines the substantive rules of international law and the international procedures for the peaceful settlement of conflicts of claims. Explores the relevance and essence of international law, as well as possible ways and means to make it more equitable and binding in the resolution of conflicts involving nations of varying sizes and strengths. Topics include: sovereignty, territory, diplomatic relations, treaties, peaceful means for settlement of conflicts, protection of human rights, and law of the sea.	3	0	0
