NUR 3420 Advanced Health Assessment for the RN

This course focuses on the multidimensional process of health assessment of individuals and families including history taking and physical examination, as well as developmental, cultural, spiritual and family assessment that will guide the nurse in the health promotion and disease management of the client. Students will have the opportunity to refine and expand health assessment skills related to data collection and physical examination for their professional development.
