EDU 4750 Secondary Science Methods

EDU 4690 (Minimum Grade of C, May be taken concurrently)
The focus of this course is objective and curricular organization of secondary school science courses; content, sequence, and methods to accomplish objectives; measurement, evaluation, and reporting to parents; preparation of plans with class demonstration. Focus is on design, implementation, and evaluation of units and lessons with well-articulated outcomes, appropriate instructional strategies, and relevant assessments. Students continue development of professional portfolios. Ten (10) hours of fieldwork are required. | 3 | 0 | 0 | | |
