Course topics include: international payments methods and money markets; fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, devaluation, and exchange control; capital movements, international borrowing, and debt; balance of payments problems and gold flows; the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank; plans for international monetary reform.	3	0	0
