This course takes the perspective that information assurance is a strategic function. Consequently the concepts, principles and application of all the sixteen areas of information assurance will be examined. The student will be able to conduct a security risk analysis, balance resource requirements against identified weaknesses, formulate a coherent policy framework for information security using an accepted standard and deploy the appropriate set of security control objectives to meet the requirements of the defined policy framework.	3	0	0
