CIS 2010 Programming Logic and Design

Prerequisites:
CIS 1030 (Minimum Grade of D, May not be taken concurrently)
Elements of secure programming, logic design, control structures, syntax and algorithms and coding in standard languages (C#, Plython, etc.) are studied along with security principles, methods for design, testing, and debugging. The course covers Introduction to Computing I and II in compliance with the most current ACM/IEEE-CS recommendations for Computing Curricula (may be substituted with CSC 1720). Students who earned advanced placement in the computer placement exam can use this course to fulfill the University Core Computer Requirement. | 3 | 0 | 0 | | |
