The purpose of this course is to continue the student’s exposure to the ethical and legal principles guiding the decision making and the practice of dental hygiene. In addition to ethical rounds discussions, students work in groups and will be required to chose by random selection an ethical dilemma, resolve that dilemma utilizing the ethical decision making model and present that resolution to their class in a video or DVD format.
