Prerequisites: NUR 205 NUR 252 NUR 253 NUR 269 NUR 285 NUR 338 6 - 50 minute hours each week for 14 weeks. Focuses on illness management for high volume, high cost, high morbidity/morality health alterations of individuals and families across the lifespan. It includes implementation and evaluating illness and care management of the pediatric, pregnant, adult, and elderly populations. Both physical and mental illness are addressed. A concept approach is used with exemplars as the foundation. Secondary and tertiary prevention are incorporated.	6	0	0	0	0
