Design II is intended to introduce students to design concepts directly related to the design of buildings and spatial experience. It is characterized by several short term, intense projects that introduce the student to the many scales and concerns of architectural design from the study of exterior spaces, to the programming of a space, to the detail of its constructability. It is establishing the fundamentals of all aspects of architectural design- from posing initial questions, conceptualization and issues of realization, to materiality and constructability. | 4 | 0 | 12 | | |
