This course provides a foundation in basic marketing for health care organizations, the elements that precipitate marketing initiatives as well as information on developing a marketing strategy and managing the project. Marketing techniques are evaluated critically and new techniques are examined. Case students will be included that depict a variety of techniques utilized in marketing for health care analyzes and marketing opportunities and threats.
