This course covers the entrepreneurial process from conception to birth to adolescence of a new venture. It concentrates on attributes of entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs searching for opportunities, and gathering resources to convert opportunities into businesses. Students learn to evaluate new ventures and develop a business plan to pursue those ventures. It is stressed throughout that new venture development can happen both within and outside an existing organization.	3	0	0
