Six-Sigma has emerged as the leading initiative that enabled many managers to achieve all these goals. Six-Sigma is widely implemented at a variety of industries (medical, banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, automotive, aerospace and many more). This course is intended for industry professionals who seek data to make critical decisions. It will introduce the students to the principles of Six-Sigma.
