Course is designed around the development and delivery of consulting services in school and community settings. Professional, clinical and ethical issues as well as staff development are discussed. An introduction to personnel-related crisis resolution is also explored. Consultation theory, roles and functions of counselors and supervisors in program and proposal development; organization, administration, and evaluation of services; conflict management; third party intervention; legal and ethical issues; public relations are also explored.
