This course provides a critical overview of three fundamental areas of IT work: People Care (team building, personnel issues (pay, bonus, flex time, flex place, performance management, career planning, hiring/interviewing); Client Care (establishing Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements, and developing and/or responding to RFP's, as well as overall Client management; and finally Business Issues (Business Planning, Establishing business cases, Governance, Deal Review Processes, Off Shore resourcing, Ethics and codes of conduct). | 3 | 0 | 0 | | |
