This course provides a critical overview of the best practices used to bring about effective change in IT organizations. That includes the development of SOW's and SLA's, analytic support of procurement decisions (buy vs. make - own vs. lease), formal offering management, as well as the implementation of common governance and review processes, financial controls and performance management.
