Constance Schmidt, MS, PA-C is the coordinator of the five-year Physician Assistant Track and assists teaching the Physical Examination and Clinical Medicine graduate courses.  She has her B.S and M.S. degrees in Biology from the University of Detroit and her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Detroit Mercy.  She has clinical experience as a PA in family practice and rural health care and several years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  She has also been adjunct faculty at Baker College in the Health Science Department since 2002.  Her interests include Women’s and Adolescent medicine and the connection between emotional and physical health.  Schmidt has been at UDM since 2008.
