Weblink PIN Policy

In order to protect the security of our WebLink product, all PIN requests must be made by one of the following methods:

1. To have PIN information emailed to you, email helpdesk@udmercy.edu from your UDM student email account. We can not accept requests that come from third party provider email accounts. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
2. To receive your PIN information in person, bring picture ID to the UDM ITS department, located on the ground floor of the Fisher Building on the McNichols campus, room 230. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
3. To receive your PIN information by US mail, email the UDM ITS department at helpdesk@udmercy.edu. Please include your full name with your request. We will send your information via USPS within one to two business days to the address of record in our student database. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for receipt.

Requests made by any other method will not be accepted.
