Weblink Registration Help
Current Students
If you are currently a UDM student you have the opportunity to register yourself through UDM WebLink.
When meeting with your advisor, ask if you may do your registration on-line. If you are granted permission, your advisor will release you to access the system. Please be aware that only your advisor is able to give you permission to register on-line. Not all students will be afforded this option.
Registration Holds
Students who have a 4-digit pin number but have any type of registration restriction or hold on their account will be blocked from using UDM WebLink for on-line registration.
These students will still be able to obtain clearances and register within the Office of the Registrar. New students and students who are returning after taking a break from their studies at UDM will not be able to register on-line through the UDM WebLink until their second semester or semester after they return to UDM. These students will work with their advisor to complete the advising and registration process.
Weblink pin numbers are issued once to you by mail.
Through the UDM WebLink students can:
- verify and/or update their address, phone number and e-mail address.
- register for classes, add/drop classes once they have been registered,
- view their mid-term and final grades and view their class schedule once they have registered. Future UDM WebLink options will allow students to view their balance, pay their tuition and see their academic history. UDM WebLink is available 7 days a week from 7:15 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Once registration begins there will be a priority order during the first week of registration beginning with graduate students and seniors, followed by juniors, sophomores, freshmen and unclassified/unranked students. Current term will be used to determine class standing for registration priority. After the priority week, registration remains open for all eligible students until the last business day at 5:00 p.m. before classes begin for the semester. Late registrations must be handled directly through the Student Accounting Office and Registrar's Office after the student has received approval from his/her advisor.
Some special class sections, such as directed readings, independent studies, as well as closed and cancelled sections, will not be available through the APECS WebLink.
Courses where a pre-requisite course is required and has not been satisfied or is not in progress will also be restricted. Access to those classes, when approved, is through the advisor and/or instructor of the course on the appropriate UDM form.
Not all students will need to register through UDM Weblink
Some cohort groups of students will automatically be registered for the next series of their courses by the Office of the Registrar. Students who do not wish to use UDM WebLink can continue to have their paperwork processed by the staff in the Office of the Registrar.
UDM WebLink can be accessed from both on and off-campus and works best with Internet Explorer 5.0 or better.
Note:
Once you register for classes, you are responsible for all tuition and fees including a non-refundable registration services fee.
