UDM Faculty are required to assent to the following statement before using WebLink. Faculty use of WebLink indicates knowledge of, understanding of, and assent to the statement of responsible use:
In using the APECS WebLink, I understand that I will be granted direct access to student academic records and that I may be making decisions that will have a direct educational and financial impact upon that record/account. I AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for any information that I access.
I further acknowledge that by registering through the APECS WebLink, I am subject to Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT (FERPA) and have an educational need to know in accessing these records.
