CLAE Alumni Council seeking new members

As the activity level of the College of Liberal Arts & Education Alumni Council continues to grow, the Council is looking to expand its dedicated team. In particular, the Council would like to add some recent graduates. If you are interested in joining this ambitious group, contact Dean Charles Marske at marskece@udmercy.edu.

Dean Marske reigns as 2009 chili chef champion

Alumni and friends who attended the 2009 Homecoming Tailgate party voted CLAE Dean Charles Marske number one for having the best tasting chili. Each of the UDM deans (or their dean associates) concocted a delicious chili recipe for voting consideration during the annual Dean's Chili Cookoff. Marske won't share his winning recipe, but says that he plans to have the same recipe at next year's Chili Cookoff.
