Over 100 people attended a Community Health Fair at McAuley Health Center on Oct. 21. Services offered included childhood immunizations, blood pressure screeening, diabetes screening, enrollment for different health care plans and services and information on other community organizations.

MHC staff also participated in Community Resource Day at Highland Park High School on Nov. 14, administering childhood and H1N1 vaccines. The staff are a familiar sight in the Highland Park schools, where they provide nutrition education to fifth graders.
