Brown and Sylvertooth are pursuing the BTM master's degree, while Linton is completing his MBA and joined Whitehall Group, a firm engaged in turnaround, upon completion of the certificate requirements.

The BTM Certificate program is offered within the graduate program in Business Turnaround Management, which is unique among business schools in the country. Certificate students take five courses, including two required courses and three electives in various subjects related to business turnaround and improvement.

Students may also continue on to pursue a Master's of Science in this field by taking four additional electives and a capstone course summarizing the relevant concepts.
