yogaDrop-in Yoga 

Recreational Yoga Classes will be held in the Titan Fit Zone throughout the fall & winter term.  Space will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Yoga sessions will be held on the dates listed below at 7:00 pm in the Titan Fit Zone.  

Yoga is more popular than ever, based upon the observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven by modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.

Titan Fit Zone

Established in the October 2009, the Titan Fit Zone is a 2,500 square feet area equipped with state of the art, cardio and strength equipment, and includes classroom for aerobic, dance and yoga instruction. During the fall and winter terms, the Titan Fit Zone is open daily and available 65+ hours during the week. The Titan Fit Zone is a great place to meet your fitness goals, play the newest Wii/Xbox game or just hangout!  The Titan Fit Zone is structured under the umbrella of Student Life, and is a part of the Campus Recreation program.
