Taste of Home Recipes

Calling all cooks!

Here is a chance to bring a “Taste of Home” to your UDM student.

During the month of March, the Titan Dining Room will be featuring recipes that you submit so we can give our students some of the great home-cooking they miss while here at school.

To participate, link to our online form and submit, or download the recipe card and either fax, mail or e-mail it to us.* The following are some things to avoid when considering a recipe to submit.

• Expensive ingredients
• Exotic ingredients or (items that cannot be found in most grocery stores)
• Intricate, detailed preparation
• Long preparation time

Recipes should be easy for us to translate into large quantities.  Remember, we are serving lots of hungry college students!

The deadline for submitting a recipe is February 24, 2012.

You will be notified if your recipe is chosen to be prepared for our students. Plus, you and your student will receive meal vouchers to be used when we feature your recipe so you can experience a “Taste of Home” for yourself.  We may not be able to use all recipes this time around. However, we will keep all unused recipes in our files to be featured at a later time.
