McAuley Health Center adds second office to serve the community
As we begin another school year, the McAuley Health Center in Detroit wants to make sure more students stay healthy and have their immunizations. To meet the needs of the community, the Health Center has opened a second location to meet the needs of children and adults.

The main site, Mercy Primary Care Center is located on 5555 Conner, Suite 2691 in Detroit’s Samaritan Center and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. till 5 p.m. The second location in Schulze School, 10700 Santa Maria in Detroit will serve the community on Tuesday and Friday from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.
Both locations offer a variety of services such as physical examinations, assessment and treatment of acute and chronic health problems, immunizations, health screenings and health and wellness education. All services are provided by McAuley Health Center nurse practitioners.
Both offices accept patients who are covered by HMOs, private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and the Breast and Cervical Cancer Control program.
As a collaborative initiative of University of Detroit Mercy’s McAuley School of Nursing and Mercy Primary Care, a unit of Trinity Health, the Center accepts
UDM's graduate and undergraduate students participate in screenings and educational services at the Center. UDM's McAuley of Nursing is partners with major Metro Detroit health care systems to offer quality nursing programs. The Health Center is evolving health care needs and focusing on helping the community.
