The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law students are traveling in what is believed to be the first mobile law office on wheels — a 31-foot converted recreational vehicle that was donated last year by General Motors Corp.

From the left, former Labor Secretary Robert Reich asks why the Obama administration doesn't instead spend the money retraining GM workers to do "something useful," such as building light rail cars. Oh, is America finished with the automobile? I hadn't noticed. In any case, why can't Americans make both light rail cars and automobiles?

Andrew Diefenbach is the son of Jim and Kim Diefenbach. He enjoys camping, canoeing, bicycling, Quiz Bowl, golf, tennis, archery and hunting. This summer Andrew hopes to find a job and spend time with his friends. He will study mechanical/biomedical engineering at the University of Detroit Mercy. Andrew ultimately hopes to work in the dental field. He says he can't wait until he is able to get out and go to college.
