Walk, run, step, move or crawl until you reach 45 total workouts in only 50 days. You may reach your goal sooner, follow the guidelines and workout until you reach 45!! Join 50 Days of Fitness and earn prizes while you workout. The event begins on January 17 and concludes on February 28 The program includes 50 days of Fitness and 45 Total Workouts.
Prizes are awarded for ALL participants who complete 45 workouts on their respective scorecard. Individual prizes will be awarded throughout the program.
